October 11, 12, 2012 the conference «The architect. Time to change» took place in Moscow.

International Construction Company “Saint-Gobain” in cooperation with The Union of Architects of Russia held a congress for leading Russian and foreign architects.

The event was called "The architect. Time to change" and consist from three units: Legislation and regulation, education and practice. At the congress were discussed the most important issues in contemporary architecture because of the entry Russia in the WTO and also such question as cooperation and the exchange of professional experience between Russian specialists and their colleagues from other countries.

The complex of works on the organization and carrying out the event was executed by specialists of PR-Premier Agency.
