The largest dialysis center in Europe has opened in Krasnodar.

December 15, 2011 in Krasnodar, has opened the Europe's largest dialysis center, which will provide routine outpatient services to 1,000 patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Construction of the center was realized on the ground of the Protocol of Cooperation signed between the Administration of Krasnodar Region and the company Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH «On implementation of investment projects in the public health services sphere to establish dialysis centers in the Krasnodar Territory. »

Startup of the largest in Europe dialysis center will make it possible to solve the problem of shortage dialysis places in region and ensure patient with kidney disease an affordable and timely medical care, appropriate to modern European standards.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Krasnodar Region’s Department of health, Embassy of Germany in Russia and the company Fresenius Medical Care.
