DPD in Russia announces its 2008 results

On April, 14th at a press-conference in Moscow DPD Russia announced its 2008 results and 2009 plans.

The turnover of DPD in Russia increased by 31% in 2008. The portfolio of transportation logistics services offered by DPD in Russia was further extended with DPD 13:00, a time-certain domestic delivery solution, as well as by added-value services like SMS Alert, DPD Packaging and Parcel Loading / Unloading options. The company fully revised its Internet presence at www.dpd.ru. The positive development of DPD in Russia was crowned with the award of the “Company of the Year 2008” prize in the Contribution to Industry Progress (Transportation and Forwarding Services).
