Presentation of a new glucometer - Contour TS

National Hotel hosted November 13 to presentation of a new glucometer - Contour TS produced by Bayer Schering Pharma.

During the official part of the event leading German and British endocrinologists introduced their colleagues from Moscow the advantages of the new medical device for determining the approximate concentration of glucose in the blood. It is a key element of home blood glucose monitoring (HBGM) by people with diabetes mellitus.

The presentation ended with a gala dinner accompanied by a performance of violinists conducted by Marta Kushnirskaya and a jazz quartet. Guests of the event enjoyed watching the show of designer’s hats and could participate in a workshop for making such hats. Branded cake, made by special order of Bayer Schering Pharma became the final note of the event.
