The creation of information field for important PR-project and consumer’s information provision about Panasonic consulting –exhibiting centers were the purposes of the action.

Within the global strategy of the company “Panasonic – Ideas for life” Panasonic opened its first consulting and exhibiting center - Panasonic Plaza (later it was renamed into Panasonic ideaplaza for better correspondence with general philosophy) in 2001. Nowadays there are 4 centers of that kind and high visitor’s interest proves the correctness of chosen strategy. The main idea – is maximum variety of services to the consumers and willingness to collaborate in all steps of cooperation: from the first acquaintance up to aftersales service.

Besides the centers play very important communicative role. “ Here the company representatives can communicate with the consumers directly, that helps to understand the ways of market development better. “ said the COO of Panasonic (CIS) Masao Motoki, commenting on the purpose of Idea Plaza creation.

The press conference took place in a new center Idea Plaza in Cheremushky that was opened in summer 2004. The excursion, organized specially for mass media representatives, helped them to get the idea about show flats: kitchen- showroom, modern home theatre, car-audio department, internet- classes etc.
