PR-Premier held a solemn ceremony on the occasion of a gratuitous transfer of four artificial kidney apparatus and a water treatment stationary system for nine dialysis places granted by Fresenius Medical Care to the city of Stariy Oskol on May 31, 2007.

As a result of this charitable act a new hemodialysis department equipped with the complete set of facilities for high-technology specialized medical care in the region.

Representatives of the Administration of Belgorod region and the city of Stariy Oskol, physicians of city hospital No.2 of Stariy Oskol and officials of Fresenius attended the event.
