Ceremony of laying of the first stone

The solemn ceremony of laying of the first stone to the foundation of the future IKEA trade centre was held in Omsk on May 29, 2007.

The following officials were present at the ceremony: Evgeny Vdovin, Vice-Governor of Omsk region, Victor Schreider, Mayor of Omsk, Per Kaufmann, General Director IKEA Russia/Ukraine, Herman Gevert, Real Estate Deputy Director IKEA Russia/Ukraine, and Director MEGA Trade Centres Network.

Government representatives of Omsk region, administration of Omsk and IKEA managers took part in a press briefing, which was held upon the completion of the solemn ceremony.

PR-Premier provided necessary works on organization and realization of the event.
